“NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING?"
Thank you for helping us make a difference through affirmations! Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. Despite the fact that we do not accept returns or exchanges, we want to satisfy all of our clients and are willing to consider individual cases.
Please check your order when it arrives and let us know right away if anything is broken, damaged, or defective so we can look into it and make it right. Items must be in their original packaging, unworn, and undamaged. All tags and security ribbons must be present and intact on the item.
Please tell us if there are any problems with your things when they arrive or if you are dissatisfied with your order.
RECEIVED A FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEM?
We are sorry that you have received a wrong or damaged item. Please contact us at info@paliactive.com immediately with the following information to resolve this issue in a timely manner:
- Your Order Number
- Item Name
- Photos that show:
- The fault as clearly as possible
- Full-length photo of the item
- The Pali Active logo and label
Don't worry about sending your faulty item back to us, just keep hold of it until you've been in touch.
EXCHANGE
Unfortunately, at this point exchanges are not possible and due to limited stock we can’t guarantee exchanges. If you need a different size or color of an item, we kindly ask you to place a new order. Thank you for shopping with Pali Active and helping us make a difference through affirmations!
