TERMS OF DELIVERY

We ship the merchandise according to the agreements signed by you during the order process. The shipping costs are listed in the product description and shown by us separately on the invoice. We will try to release your order within 1-3 business days to the shipper and deliver the merchandise to you within the stipulated delivery time. However, in high season and during an ongoing sales campaign longer processing and delivery times are possible. In case of shipment to a non-EU country your order might incur additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties). These will not be paid or invoiced by us but must be settled by you directly with the competent customs or revenue office.

WHAT IS CUSTOMS DUTY?

Let's start at the beginning. Goods - such as the Pali Active products you buy - can't simply be shipped freely from country to country. When goods are imported into a different country or customs territory, there is a charge called Customs Duty that must apply. This is charged by the local customs authority where the goods are being imported into. If Customs Duty is payable to your territory, you'll be responsible for paying it to the authorities as we are not involved in this process. Whether Customs Duty is payable, and by how much, depends on a whole lot of different things. If you do have to pay Customs Duty, the amount payable is usually calculated based on the value of the goods and the type of goods being imported.

WHAT IF I DON'T PAY THE CUSTOMS DUTY?

If, for whatever reason, you refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to us, a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
