How Can I Track My Order?
We will send you a tracking number and email confirmation once your order is placed. Once we have shipped your order, we will send you another email with a tracking number so you can see where your package is.
I want to change my order:
There is a 15-minute window within placing your order, to reach out to customer service and let us know before we get the order ready to ship
*IF YOU INPUT THE INCORRECT ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT, WE CAN NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE IF THE ORDER GOES MISSING. WE ARE NOT LIABLE TO REFUND/REPLACE THIS ORDER.*
I'M MISSING AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER
YOU'VE SENT ME THE WRONG ITEM
In the unlikely event you are missing an item from your order or received a wrong order, please contact us immediately with the following information to ensure that we can get this resolved for you quickly & efficiently:
- Your order number
- The name of the item you did not receive
Once we've received the above info, our Customer Support team will get this sorted for you ASAP!
*ALL CLAIMS FOR ORDERS ARRIVING WITH MISSING ITEMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, at this point returns/exchanges are not possible due to our limited collections. For more details please visit our returns policy.
DELIVERY/SHIPPING
International Shipping Payment of all delivery duties is the responsibility of the customer. All charges are determined by the customs agency of the given country. Charges may not be incurred; however, they are determined from your order value and they will not be refunded.
How Long Does International Shipping Take?
Our shipping times will depend on the destination. You can generally expect your order within 10-12 business days after your product leaves our warehouse. Please be patient with us during the holiday season. Shipping times may be longer than normal due to the volume of mail being sent through the postal service.

What Are Delivery Duties?
Delivery duties are fees that are applied to your products when you ship them from country to country. This is basically an import fee that is determined by the local customs authority. The amount may vary depending on the type and value of the products being imported.

Read the care label
Wash your clothes inside out
Wash at low or cold temperature
Do not tumble dry it, lay flat to air dry
Wash bright colors before you wear them
After first wash, continue to wash with similar colors
Restocking/Out of Stock Products
Most of our products are designed and created as a limited edition. Therefore most products that are sold out will not be restocked. We suggest keeping a close eye on our social media for news on upcoming restocks and new product releases.
When Will There Be Restocks?
Most of our products are seasonal/annual meaning that once they are gone, we typically don’t restock them. We will however be coming out with new products every season moving forward. We may have few restocks throughout the year depending on the demand.
